Hard Rock Will Buy Jack Cincinnati Casino

April 5, 2019

Hard Rock International and Jack Entertainment have agreed to a $780 million sale of Jack Cincinnati Casino and Turfway Park in Kentucky. The deal requires regulatory approval and is expected to close later this year.

When the sale is finalized Jack Cincinnati Casino will be rebranded Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati.

In a statement issued by Jim Allen, the Chairman and CEO of Hard Rock International, he wrote:

'Hard Rock has been the number one operator in Ohio since opening in the greater Cleveland market in 2013, And now, we look forward to introducing our unique brand of casino entertainment to Cincinnati. On behalf of the 40,000 Hard Rock team members worldwide, I am pleased to welcome the more than 1,000 JACK Cincinnati employees into the Hard Rock family.'

The 2018 revenue at Jack Cincinnati was $204 million.
